Hello my name is Rusty Zumwalde and I am in my
18th year at Auto Body Panels. Some of you may
think that for someone to stay at one company for
so long I must really like my job. Well, indeed I do
like my job. I work in the purchasing department
and have been for the past eight years. One of the
things that ABP is strong about doing is promoting
within the company. Since the company has been
family owned for the past 20 years I feel like I’ve
connected personally with the family. Some other
reasons I enjoy working here are the flexibility of
the managers to adjust to my schedule, within
reason, to help me as an employee. Most of all, the
people and the chance for advancement make ABP
an enjoyable place to
work.
